By accessing or using the website mypreteenhomeschoolacademy.com (the "Site") and the services, curriculum, materials, and features offered by My Pre-Teen Homeschool Academy ("we," "us," "our," or the "Academy"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Our students are in 6th through 8th grade. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the family account, must review and accept these Terms on behalf of their student(s), and must supervise their student's use of the Site at all times. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
My Pre-Teen Homeschool Academy is an online homeschool platform that provides supplemental curriculum, downloadable worksheets, video lessons, progress tracking, and an AI-powered tutoring feature designed to support homeschooling families with students in 6th through 8th grade.
MY PRE-TEEN HOMESCHOOL ACADEMY IS NOT AN ACCREDITED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. We are not accredited by any regional, national, or state accrediting body, and we do not issue accredited diplomas, degrees, or transcripts recognized by schools, colleges, or government agencies.
The Academy is intended solely as a supplemental, enrichment resource to be used alongside a family's primary homeschool curriculum. Lessons, worksheets, certificates of completion, and any other materials provided through the Academy are not a substitute for an accredited homeschool curriculum, umbrella school, or state-approved educational program.

The Site is designed for use by middle-school students under the direction and supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times. Only a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old may create and manage a family account. By registering, a parent or guardian represents that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to consent to these Terms on behalf of their student(s).
Students do not create their own accounts. Instead, a parent or guardian sets up a simple student login (a student code and PIN) for each child from the family dashboard. Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the Site, including their use of the AI Tutor feature, and for keeping their family account credentials and their student's PIN confidential.
The Site offers an optional AI-powered tutor ("AI Tutor") that a student may use to ask questions about their schoolwork. The AI Tutor is an automated feature powered by a third-party artificial intelligence service, is designed to provide general educational assistance appropriate for a middle-school student, and is not a substitute for instruction from a parent, guardian, or qualified educator.
Enrollment requires payment of a per-student subscription fee, billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of sign-up. By providing payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us at support@mypreteenhomeschoolacademy.com; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will apply to future billing cycles following notice to affected subscribers.
Refunds, if any, are provided at our discretion. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. To request a refund, contact support@mypreteenhomeschoolacademy.com.
You (and, where applicable, your student) agree not to:
All content on the Site, including curriculum materials, worksheets, video lessons, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to My Pre-Teen Homeschool Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial homeschool educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Academy materials without our prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or video resources not owned or controlled by the Academy. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites and do not endorse them. Parents should review third-party content before allowing their child to access it.
THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS, INCLUDING THE AI TUTOR, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CURRICULUM MATERIALS OR AI TUTOR RESPONSES WILL MEET YOUR EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES OR BE ACCEPTED BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY PRE-TEEN HOMESCHOOL ACADEMY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Pre-Teen Homeschool Academy and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Academy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Paulding County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
